The finished roof

The roof is finished and here are some pictures; looks much  better :).  Unfortunately, it will be at least another 2 weeks before they do anymore work, as they are waiting for the materials to come in.  Can't wait, as the next stage will be new front windows, a new front door, and new siding.  They will also be putting in a slider to go from the kitchen out to the back porch area.

They had started clearing the old tiles from the roof before I got there to take pictures, but these are the Before photos.  They started with the roof and the rest will follow as the job progresses.

The beginning

So my parents are finally getting some renovations done on their home, and many of us are VERY excited to see what is going on and the before and afters.  And this was just the easiest way to share pictures and news each step of the way.
